• Private Independent Practice - the practice and records belong to you. No US Vision restrictions or interference regarding fees or patient care.
• Unlimited Earnings Potential - It’s up to you! You start with a steady patient flow created by US Vision advertising and host store traffic. You determine the level of success by virtue of your determination and commitment to your office schedule and recall system.
• Excellent office locations - all independent optometric offices are located in or adjacent to our Vision Center in premier spots within a host department store offering high levels of visibility and foot traffic.
• The Host Store Impact - US Vision has nurtured relationships with leading department store retailers in both the continental United States and Canada. We enjoy the inherent credibility and confidence as well as many other benefits such as participation in national marketing programs, national advertising, national recognition, as well as direct mail access to a loyal credit card base, merchandise discounts, and the host store’s reputation for consistent quality and service to their customers. • Standard Equipment Lane - which can be modified.
• Flexibility - US Vision offers a variety of flexible arrangements and schedules, including part time. Our agreement is a simple 3 page document with no competitive restrictions.
• Managed Care - As an independent Optometrist associated with US Vision, you have immediate access to one of the largest managed care programs in America.
• Local Support - Our staff is your staff; at no additional charge! Our Vision Center manager and opticians act as your staff, greeting your patients, completing patient histories, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting you in any way they can.
• Management Support - Our entire management organization from District Managers, Regional Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, Divisional Vice Presidents, and our VP of professional Relations will assist you from supervising the day to day operations of your office and adjacent Vision Center to ensuring excellent communication and execution of promotions, training, and projects between the home office, host store management, and local staff.
• Recalls - US Vision does a monthly patient recall for all stores while encouraging all doctors to develop and maintain their own separate program.
• Advertising - US Vision maintains a highly sophisticated advertising and marketing department. All of our advertising includes focus on eye exams and our independent associated doctors of optometry.
